Drew Falkman is an experienced product exec who has been providing product strategy and execution to companies from startups to HP, Adobe, AARP and many others. His work currently focuses on blockchain technology, specifically around community management and DAO governance. Drew is a member of the Syvita Guild DAO, the creator of daoOS and his team recently won the MiamiCoin hackathon with the MiamiVoice app. He is currently Entrepreneur in Residence with the Stacks Foundation.
Gianni D’Alerta has been working in technology, branding, and marketing for more than 20 years, beginning his career during the first dot com boom at one of Miami’s first ISPs. Gianni’s insatiable curiosity drew him to the blockchain industry in 2013 where he was a founding member Ethereum. In 2017, D’Alerta worked alongside Ethereum’s founder Anthony Di Iorio at Decentral/Jaxx as the Director of Marketing, leading the organization’s global branding initiatives.
Haider Rafique is the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Okcoin, a US-licensed cryptocurrency platform serving 192 countries. Under his leadership, Okcoin’s user sign-ups have grown over 4000% YoY. Haider oversees all aspects of Okcoin’s marketing, user growth, and token partnerships to drive awareness and use of the platform’s cryptocurrency exchange, mobile app, and DeFi products. He was previously Head of Growth at Blockchain.com, where he launched the company’s cryptocurrency exchange and grew the user base by over 60% to 42 million wallets within 18 months. A Microsoft alum, Haider was the third Bing marketing employee and helped grow its monetization arm to a $3 billion dollar global business. Haider has led several consumer and SaaS tech brands through hypergrowth and is one of the few crypto marketers with a Madison Avenue background, having previously worked at BBDO, VMLY&R (formerly Young and Rubicam), and Wunderman Thompson (formerly J. Walter Thompson).

Jamil is the founder of stxnft.com, the first open NFT marketplace on Stacks, and the home of mint-with-MIA. Jessica Greenwalt is a founder, UX researcher, award-winning graphic designer, product designer, NFT strategist, digital artist, and investor. She's currently a Creative Director for VaynerNFT, and the Creative VP of PhishFort, a cybersecurity company, where she conducts user research and designs open-source tools to keep crypto users safe. She’s also the founder of Pixelkeet, research, and design firm that helps crypto companies design, build and launch products that change the world.

Mr. Carranza has served multiple communities in the State of Florida for the last 25 years as a teacher, school site and district administrator in multiple school districts and as a supervisor for the Florida Department of Education. His work experience has focused on the support of the most fragile populations. He continues to promote a comprehensive support system that aims to increase community and parent involvement, student enrichment opportunities, and college and career readiness. He is the founding director of the M-DCPS STEM School Designation program and oversees multiple M-DCPS STEAM* outreach programs throughout the county.
Executive Director in the Office of Grants Administration for Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS); part of the small team that administers approximately $500,000,000 annually in federal, state and private foundation grants for M-DCPS. Her experience in Florida’s largest school district for over 15 years have led her from teacher and curriculum innovator to Executive Director roles in both legislative affairs and major grant development. Ms. Regueira has experience in curriculum development, effective instructional delivery, professional coaching, and system-wide programmatic calibration. She has continuously excelled at nurturing crucial internal and external working relationships for the district in strategic grants development, fundraising, as well as for local, state and federal intergovernmental affairs.
